Brunch in a Box was founded by Mauricio and Fany. We both share over 30 year of experience in the culinary & hospitality industry. We are skilled in both food and beverage, and highly skilled in customer service. Our vision for Brunch in a Box is to bring together our culinary expertise offering a diverse menu of gourmet delights in a box. Our priority is to provide the best food and service out of a food truck window.
Every meal inside "the box" is handle with much care and enthusiasm. Our Mission is to deliver value in every meal, we will accomplish that by cooking with fresh local ingredients and serve decent portions. We are a food truck that offers gourmet meals, therefore food is made to order. Please be patient, some orders can take up to 15 minutes but on average wait is 10 minutes.
