Fresh Beer Just Hits Different
There’s something special about drinking beer right where it’s made. Freshness isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a flavor you can actually taste.
When beer goes straight from the tank to your glass, you get the full experience the brewer intended. Bright hop aromas, balanced flavors, and a crisp finish that doesn’t fade with time or travel.
That’s the beauty of a local brewery. Every pour reflects care, creativity, and a passion for doing things right. It’s not just about drinking beer—it’s about experiencing it at its best.
Next time you’re deciding what to sip, go fresh. Your taste buds will notice the difference.

Finding Your New Favorite Pour
With so many styles to choose from, stepping into a brewery can feel like an adventure. From light and refreshing lagers to bold, hoppy IPAs and rich, smooth stouts, there’s truly something for everyone.
The fun part? Exploring. Trying a flight lets you discover new flavors and figure out what really stands out to you. You might come in thinking you know your go-to and leave with a brand-new favorite.
Craft beer is all about creativity and variety. Brewers are constantly experimenting, blending tradition with new ideas to create something unique in every batch.
So don’t be afraid to try something different. Your next favorite pour might be the one you least expect.

Beer Spotlight: Chimp My Ride Smoothie Sour
Beer Spotlight:
Chimp My Ride
Smoothie Sour
7.5% ABV
Introducing “Chimp My Ride”. Another tribute beer to one of our favorite MTV shows growing up: Pimp My Ride. We heard you like Dessert in your beer so we put Dessert in your beer! This sour comes at you with all the custom upgrades one could ever want in a beer. We start with our usual tart base we use for all our sours and just absolutely smother it with pounds and pounds of Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Bananas. Peanut butter lends in that creamy texture we all grew up with and love. Chocolate adds sweetness and richness. And the banana provides that hearty depth with just enough tang to keep you coming back for more! This beer is super thick, creamy, rich, and delicious just like a smoothie. It really is a dessert in a glass. We think Xzibit would be proud of us!
Cheers!

January Beer Spotlight : Lunch Break
Is there any better beverage to enjoy on your “Lunch Break” than a beer? Here at SBC we don’t think so! Lunch Break is our new West Coast Double IPA! For this brew we go heavy on the Southern Hemisphere Hops this time around. Hopped with Columbus Cryo, Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson, Nelson Cryo, and Nectaron. With huge notes of Stone Fruit, Papaya, Pine, Dank, Diesel, and Berry. This beer explodes in your mouth with all the hop goodness one would ever want on their palate. So take that hour lunch! Have a couple pints!
Take the edge off and enjoy! Cheers!
