As our name precedes us we very much believe in local. The backbone of our brewery is and was founded on just that. With that being said we wanted to show our love and support for our local community and awesome county! We thought what better way to showcase our appreciation than to of course brew a beer. Introducing our hometown roots driven “Locals Lager.” This beer is what we like to say in the industry a “crusher.” Our very first ever Helles Lager. We start with Barke Pilsner and Munich malts to give it that bready, crackery, sweet backbone that German lagers are known for. We then go Noble with the hops and top it off with one of my personal faves, Hallertau Mittlefrüh. Mittelfrüh brought it all together with just enough bitterness, floral, and herbal hop presence. This beer is for you guys! We appreciate every single one of you! Without your support we would not be anywhere near what we are today! So thank you for supporting us, thank you for being such an amazing community and taking us in, and thank you for being an awesome county with thousands of awesome people! We couldn’t be more grateful to continue to serve you guys!
