It all started with a call from a friend saying there is this great home brewer (Brian Bell) that wants to take it to the next level and needs a place to brew at a much larger scale than in his garage. After trying his beer, that was it, we were in! Although our background is not in brewing beer, we have run multiple businesses in the past and we knew this one was going to be successful.
Fortunately, after talking with our son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Audrey, they were willing to take this journey with us. Our true joy in owning SBC is watching our customers, their family and friends, enjoying the atmosphere and amenities we have created, not to mention the fantastic award winning beers our brewers produce!
