The third in our SMaSh (Single Malt and Single Hop) Series. We decided to go completely new school! We used trusty ol' 2 Row and 100% Citra Cryo Hops. One of the world's most favorite hops in a new highly concentrated hop pellet! What more could you want? And instead of the classic Dry Hopping Method we went with a new Method called Knockout Hops. Meaning, we run the beer onto the hops in the fermenter and then let them coexist with the yeast during fermentation. Citra really got to be the star of this beer.
